HANDLING TIME
Orders placed by 9:00AM PST (Mon-Fri) generally ship the next business day (Mon-Fri.) Orders placed after 9:00AM PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN THE USA
We offer free shipping on most orders headed to one of the lower 48 states. Although we'd love to offer free shipping on all our orders, due to the size and weight of some of the products we offer, as well as other shipping restrictions, some orders may have a shipping charge that is calculated at checkout.
Due to shipping restrictions, and state laws, some products may not be available for purchase. Due to those same restrictions and laws, some orders may be canceled and refunded in full.
The carrier used to ship your order will be determined by the type of product(s), the size of the product(s), and the weight of the product(s) you order. Generally, most orders will ship with one of the carriers listed below.
- USPS First Class Mail 2-5 Business Day Transit
- USPS Priority Mail 1-4 Business Day Transit
- FedEx Express 2-3 Business Day Transit
- FedEx Ground 1-5 Business Day Transit
- UPS Ground 1-5 Business Day Transit
Some products can not be shipped with USPS, as such, using a PO Box, APO, DPO, or FPO address for your order is not recommended, as it may result in your order being canceled and refunded in full.

For all other countries and regions, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. For the details of Customs charges, please contact your Customs authority.

The shipping method and transit times will be determined by the type of product(s) ordered, as well as the destination country or region.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging, contains all of the product tags, instructions, etc.
- Used, altered, or otherwise damaged products cannot be returned. If you have any questions contact us for details.
- Contact us for a return authorization (see below)

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
